To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

1. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
2. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking indoor property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Outdoor use only.
3. No Pets: No pets unless requested and pay for pet protection.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 4. No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
6. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
7. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will not receive a refund.
